Wages/Pay Rates

 

Against both legacy and low-cost carriers, American only trails Southwest and United Airlines in Fleet Service pay. In addition, all of the aforementioned employee groups also reach their maximum pay levels as fast as or quicker than the same employee groups at other airlines.

American is committed to providing opportunities for Fleet Service Clerks, Stock Clerks, Ground School/Simulator Instructors and Simulator Technicians to increase their earning capacity but allow American to manage its labor unit cost.
